Sure, you have the option of choosing "Made to Measure" in the size options and entering your body measurements. If you're unsure of your measurements, simply select "I am not sure, I'll provide measurements later via email" and proceed with your order without any hesitation.
After placing your order, our customer support representative will reach out to you and guide you on how to take accurate measurements.
How long would it take for a product to be received at my place?
Standard orders are made per request and will be shipped within 10 working days, with a maximum shipping time of 20 working days. On the other hand, items under Prime category are readily available and will be shipped the following day after the order is placed.
We aim to minimize the processing time for custom orders, with made-to-measure orders typically dispatched within 2-3 weeks and bespoke orders within 3-4 weeks.
Does Free Shipping apply to all countries?
Free Shipping is available in all countries where we ship, with the exception of Russia, Brazil, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, and countries under OFAC sanctions.
What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

The tracking link will provide you with current information on the status of your order. If the estimated delivery date has passed and you have not received your order, don't hesitate to contact us.

Yes, we offer custom-made jackets of any type. Simply provide a picture or design as reference and specify the description of your desired jacket in the Custom Order Form.

Feel free to fill out the Custom Order Form without any hesitation. Quotation, discussion, and illustration services for your custom jacket are complimentary. The only instance where a charge will be imposed is when you make a purchase of your custom order.

Definitely! Leather is our starting point and we've honed our expertise over the years. We source our leather from the world's finest tanneries to ensure top quality, including Lambskin, Sheepskin, Goatskin, Buffalo-hide, and Cow-hide. With experience crafting over 200 different leather jacket styles, we offer a wide range of options in terms of type, pattern, color, shade, and thickness.
Do you deal in fabrics other than leather for custom orders?
Yes, while leather is our specialty, we also accommodate custom orders in other fabrics such as cotton, polyester, wool, and more.

I received a custom order. Can I return and get a replacement?
Our goal is to get your perfect jacket right on the first try. To minimize returns, we provide actual pictures of your custom order before shipping. If the fit isn't right, we offer a free first alteration. However, customers are responsible for shipping the jacket back to us for alterations.
How long would it take for the custom order to be delivered to me?
Our aim is to reduce the time it takes to fulfill custom orders, and they are typically shipped within 3-4 weeks. However, due to the unique nature of each custom order, we do not have a set fulfillment date. Customers can request a delivery date from our customer support team while discussing their order.
