2. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placement by contacting our support team.

Please note:

  • If your order has already shipped or is in customs clearance, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • In such cases, you may still receive the package and initiate a return in accordance with our return policy.

We process all online payments in USD. If your credit/debit card is issued in another currency, your bank will convert the amount to your local currency using its exchange rate at the time of purchase.
