  • Returns after 30 days of delivery cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping & Refund Process

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after receiving your return.
  • Refunds cover the item price only and exclude original shipping, handling, duties, and other charges.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, your order enters processing and cannot be canceled.
